Would there be a bus system and if so, how do you get to and from the airport? Also, inquire about taxi services and how you would get to and from your hotel.

The currency exchange rate is an important thing to look into. This includes the rate in the U.S. dollars versus the Canadian dollar. Make sure that you use a website that provides updated information on this. You should be able to compare the two rates before you leave. It would also help if you could call up the financial office in the country and ask them questions about their exchange rates.
